Release from the Bengals: Bengals season tickets are available for public sale for the first time since 2006, and on Sat., June 20, fans can personally inspect available seats and also watch the final Mini-Camp practice.
Paul Brown Stadium will be open from 9 a.m. until noon on June 20 for the Select-A-Seat event, and the team will practice on the stadium field from approximately 9:55 a.m. until 11:40 a.m. Before, during and after the practice, fans may tour the stands where available seats will be clearly marked. Members of the Bengals sales staff will be available in the stands to answer questions.
“We encourage anyone planning to attend Bengals games this season to visit the stadium next Saturday and consider season tickets,” said Andrew Brown, Bengals Director of Ticket Sales. “For anyone considering season tickets, there are obvious plusses to actually seeing the seats firsthand during a stadium event, particularly one where the football team is actually performing.”
Free parking will be available in PBS Lot 1, located on the northwest corner of the stadium at Central Avenue and Pete Rose Way. Fans may enter the stadium through Gate B, near the Bengals Pro Shop.
Season ticket prices are unchanged from 2008, and Charter Ownership Agreement payments for Paul Brown Stadium may be deferred, with no installments due until 2010. Season ticket holders benefit from discounted prices, preferred seating locations, guaranteed priority to retain their seats for playoff games, and from exclusive offers for fan participation activities such as a recent conference call and question-answer session with top draft picks.
The Bengals’ 2009 home schedule features a Sept. 13 opener vs. Denver, a Sept. 27 date against defending world champion Pittsburgh, and a Nov. 29 renewal of the “Battle of Ohio” vs. Cleveland. The Bengals will enter 2009 season with an active streak of 44 consecutive sellouts (regular season and postseason games), the longest such streak in franchise history.
‘BEAT THE RUSH’ OPPORTUNITIES -- Fans who wish to pursue a season ticket opportunity prior to next week’s Select-A-Seat event may contact the Bengals Ticket Hotline at any point during business hours prior to June 20. The phone number is 513-621-TDTD (8383).
