Rep. Dennis Keene easily won re-election Tuesday to his seat representing the Kentucky's 67th district.
Keene beat Patrick Lucas, an independent from Wilder, by 8,415 votes or 69.7 percent to 3,652 or 30.3 percent.
Keene, also of Wilder, first won election to the House in 2004, succeeding longtime state Rep. Jim Callahan who retired. Keene had previously served two terms on Wilder City Council.
