FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — The Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions is encouraging residents to save money for their retirements.
This week marks the congressionally recognized "National Save for Retirement Week." Employers are also asked to promote the benefits of saving for retirement.
Residents are being encouraged to start saving or review their accounts to maximize returns.
DFI Commissioner Charles Vice says investing money now could give it time to grow for retirement.
