INDEPENDENCE, Ky. – On Friday, Nov. 27, all locations of the Kenton County Public Library will be offering, Fine Free Friday, a day without fines as a thank you to the patrons who helped the Library repeat as the No. 1 library in Kentucky according to the 2009 HALPR Index.
During this one-day event, all returned and renewed Kenton County Public Library items will be fine free.
When returning items, the library asks that you consider others who are in need by bringing in canned goods.
These canned goods will be collected and distributed by Kenton County Parks and Recreation as part of their annual canned food drive and Letters To Santa campaign.
