Maker’s Mark Distillery, the oldest bourbon distillery in the world, is giving free guided tours every hour on the half-hour.
The tours are set to start at 10:30 a.m. with the last tour beginning at 3:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, tours are at 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. The tours are located on Makers Mark Rd in Loretto, Ky., approximately 148 miles from the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.
For those over 21 years of age, Maker’s Mark offers a complimentary bourbon tasting. A full gift shop is open between 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with dipping personalized bottles for those over 21.
