The 14th annual American Cancer Society’s Striders’ Ball: “Safari Soiree” is Jan. 24, at the Cincinnati Airport-Marriott in Hebron, Ky.
The black-tie event promises to be an elegant evening of gourmet dining, fine wine, dancing to the Airwave Band, silent and live auctions, and a program to honor those who are fighting the battle to eliminate cancer.
The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with a cocktail reception and a chance to bid on silent auction items, including sports and entertainment memorabilia.
The dinner program, hosted by Kit Andrews of WKRC, follows at 7 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in both silent and live auctions.

Admission to the Striders’ Ball is $150 per person. All proceeds from the event benefit the American Cancer Society’s programs of patient services, education, advocacy and research.
