City of Covington is holding a “Vision to Action” workshop in order to come up with and share ideas with the community.

“Vision to Action” is a tool developed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers used to help communities gain and maintain momentum and focus for the redevelopment of brownfield sites.

This workshop will allow Covington community members to share ideas for redevelopment on the Donaldson Art Sign property as well as put those ideas into action.

Participants will be able to actually draw out their vision for the Donaldson site, share them with those of the other participants, and then integrate the multiple visions into one community plan. It is an interactive way to gain community input and participation.

The second session is a continuation of the first but attendance is not mandatory at both if you are only able to make one or the other.
