HEBRON, Ky. – From Thursday through Monday, Oct. 12, North Bend Road (KY 237) will be closed to through traffic between Worldwide Boulevard and Graves Road, in order to construct the roundabout at Cardinal Way in Boone County.
KY 237 through traffic will be detoured along Worldwide Boulevard and Graves Road (detour signs will be in place) in Hebron, Ky.
During the morning and afternoon peak periods, police officers and/or flaggers will be used to direct traffic through the KY 237/Worldwide Boulevard and Worldwide Boulevard /Graves Road intersections.
Local traffic will have access to Cardinal Way, Global Way and Tanner Road as well as the businesses between Worldwide Boulevard and Cardinal Way by way of KY 237 Northbound from the KY 237/Worldwide Boulevard intersection.
Local traffic will have access to KY 237 (including Britt Dr) between Graves Road and Cardinal Way by way of "old" KY 237 Southbound from the KY 237/Graves Road intersection.
Follow all traffic control signs and markings as posted. On this project, please watch for flaggers and be aware of trucks entering and exiting the highway. Traffic may be periodically stopped through this area to allow equipment to pass.
Motorists are advised the speed limit has been reduced to 35 mph through this area. Expect delays particularly during rush hour periods.
