Congressman Geoff Davis’ new Web site includes news and information about Congressman Davis’ work in Washington, D.C. and in Kentucky’s 4th District.
Congressman Davis stated, “This Web site is designed to be a one-stop shop for residents of the Fourth District. The new Web site provides Kentuckians with a significantly enhanced resource to learn more about what is happening in Washington and how my office can assist them with a variety of issues with the federal government. In addition, it offers new ways to share your feedback with me. I hope you will take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the improved Web site for Kentucky’s Fourth District.”
On the Web site , residents of the Fourth District and citizens nationwide can view the latest videos of the Congressman on the House floor, learn the Congressman’s stance on the major issues of the day and read about his legislative accomplishments.
Congressman Davis’ new Web site also provides comprehensive information to help his constituents resolve a variety of problems they may be encountering with the federal government.
The “Help with a Federal Agency” section of the Web site offers assistance to Kentuckians who may be having trouble with various federal agencies, including the Social Security Administration, Medicare, the Internal Revenue Service and the State Department, among others.
The section also includes extensive resources for Kentucky’s veterans and service members who may have questions or need assistance with Military or Veterans’ Affairs issues.
A sampling of additional features found on Congressman Davis’ new Web site includes:
- A “Geoff’s Legislative Initiatives” section that provides details and updates on some of the larger projects and legislation that Congressman Davis has been working on to benefit his constituents;
- A “Help with Federal Grants” section that provides a central resource of grants information on both government and private entities that offer funding programs to State and local governments;
- A “Student Corner” section that contains resources for students of all ages, along with information about financial aid and student loans;
- An opportunity for residents of the Fourth District to sign up to Congressman Davis’ e-mail list and receive the weekly e-newsletter and other periodic e-mail updates;
