OWENSBORO, Ky. (AP) — An attorney has entered not guilty pleas for a former Catholic grade school principal accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy and supplying alcohol to minors.
The Owensboro Messenger-Inquirer reports attorney Mike Lee entered the pleas in the separate cases against 31-year-old Allison Marie Brant, who has resigned from her job as principal of St. Mary of the Woods in Whitesville.
Kentucky State Police charged Brant with sodomy and rape after she allegedly admitted to a sexual relationship with the boy.
In a separate case brought by the Daviess County Sheriff's Department, Brant is charged with unlawful transaction with a minor after she allegedly supplied alcohol to four males between the ages of 16 and 18.
