FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — More than 200 authors, artists and illustrators will be featured this weekend at the 28th annual Kentucky Book Fair.
The event is Saturday at the Frankfort Convention Center.
The State Journal reports that George McGovern, Phyllis George, Tori McClure and Allan Eckert are only a few of the authors expected to attend. With more than 400 titles, there will be books for just about any taste.
In addition to books, symposiums and special events for libraries will be offered.
The Kentucky Book Fair partners with Joseph-Beth Booksellers to put on the fair. Profits from the fair are donated as grants mostly to school and public libraries in Kentucky with limited resources.
