Andrew Skerchock, 88, of Burlington died Tuesday, Oct. 27 at Hospice of St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood.

He was a supervisor and welder for Mid Valley Pipeline, member of the First Church of Christ of Burlington, Hebron Masonic Lodge 757, a Marine Corps veteran of World War II and a metal sculptor.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy Campbell Skerchock; daughter, Peggy Ann Katz of Alpine, Calif.; sons, Lonnie Skerchock of Burlington and Stephen Skerchock of Lima, Ohio; and seven grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2 at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence. A gathering of friends will begin there at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2.

Memorials are suggested to Hospice of St. Elizabeth Healthcare, 483 South Loop Dr. Edgewood, KY, 41017.
