Bob Curley, 84, of Taylor Mill died Friday, Nov. 6 at St. Elizabeth Edgewood.

He was a salesperson in the auto parts industry, a Realtor with Huff Realty and a member of St. Patrick Church in Taylor Mill. He played professional baseball with the St. Louis Cardinals and the Reds where he was a teammate of Joe Nuxhall. He was inducted into the Northern Kentucky Sports Hall of Fame. He was also a Navy veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth Sumner Curley; daughter, Carole Veringa of Atlanta; sons, Mike Curley of Cincinnati and Pat Curley of Atlanta; stepdaughters, Charlene Paul of Latonia and Dee Turner of Cincinnati; stepson, Arnold Roundtree of Covington; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9 at St. Patrick Church in Taylor Mill. Visitation will begin there at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9. Burial, with honor guard service, will be in Highland Cemetery in Fort Mitchell.

Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia is handling arrangements.
