Carisa M. Walz, 30, of Cincinnati, died Saturday.

Survivors include a daughter, Jacey Schunk of Cincinnati; a son, Trustin Bronson of Louisville; a sister, Alyssa Alford of Independence; a brother, Nathanial Ray Alford of Independence; and a grandmother, Mable Mitchell of Cincinnati.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Dobbling Funeral Home in Fort Thomas. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Cincinnati.
