Charles René Robinson

Charles René Robinson, 56, of St. Petersburg, Fla. and formerly of Independence died Thursday, Oct. 15 at his home in St. Petersburg.

He was the owner of Pleasure Isle pool and lounge and Rene's Hairstyling and was a member of Hy-Jumpers 4-Wheeler Club.

Survivors include his daughters, Crystal Robinson of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Jennifer Robinson of Morning View; and his mother, Joyce Weaver of St. Petersburg.

Memorial service will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5 at Eggleston Methodist Church at 1961 Bullock Pen Road in Covington.

Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence is handling arrangements.
