Loraine Spinks, 88, of Highland Heights died Thursday, Oct. 29 at her home.

She was a homemaker, a member of St. John Evangelist Anglican Catholic Church in Bellevue and St. John's Altar Guild and quilt maker for Veterans Affairs Medical Center and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati.

Her husband, Harry Spinks, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her son, Harry "Buddy" Spinks of Oak Wood, Minn.; daughters, Mary Carr of Highland Heights and Debbie Long of Dayton; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Memorial Mass will be 4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2 at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Catholic Church.

Fares J. Radel Funeral Home in Newport is handling arrangements.
