Lori Ann Ely Hornsby

Lori Ann Ely Hornsby, 36, of Florence died Tuesday, Nov. 17 at St. Elizabeth Florence.

She was an account manager for Vendor Management.

Survivors include her husband, Michael Hornsby; son, Tyler Hornsby; father and mother, Terry and Debbie Ely of Demossville; brother, David Ely of Florence; and sister, Alisa Ely of Florence.

A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22 at Stith Funeral Home in Florence.

Memorials are suggested to Lori Ann Ely Hornsby c/o any Bank of Kentucky.
