Ronald H. Suter, 67, of Cold Spring died Wednesday, Oct. 28 at his home.

He was a retired Army master sergeant having served with the 7th Special Forces Group, 5th Special Forces Group, 18th Airborne Corps, Safety Officer at Armed Forces Institute of Pathology Walter Reed Army Hospital and a safety inspector with the EPA. He was a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Special Forces Decade Association.

Survivors include his wife, Wanda Suter; daughter, Sherry Anderson of Keizer, Ore., stepson, Robert Jackson of Renton, Wash., sister, Barbara Culp of Cold Spring; and his grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Bellevue. Visitation will begin there at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3. A military service will be at noon Saturday, Nov. 14 at Shadow Lake Condominiums Clubhouse in Cold Spring, with reception following until 4 p.m.

Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home in Bellevue is handling arrangements.
