William “Buck” Courtney, 67, of Dayton, Ohio died Friday, Oct. 30 at the Hospice Center of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.

His wife, Wilma May Courtney, preceded him in death.

Survivors include sons, John William Courtney of Covington and Mike Scott of Dayton, Ohio; daughters, Tami Barger of Erlanger, Teresa Houze of Crittenden, Brenda Diebold of Owenton and Tony Strole of Dayton, Ohio; brothers, Bobby Courtney of Florence and Monte Courtney of Owenton; sisters, Norma Awbrey of Glencoe and Karen Walker of New Liberty; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3 at Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3. Burial will be in Warsaw Cemetery in Warsaw.
