Winsol Wayne Fields, 83, of Brooksville died Tuesday at his son's home in Brooksville.

He was a member of Oakland Christian Church and a Kentucky Colonel.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Mable S. Fields; daughters, Beverly Appleman of Germantown, Wilma Lee Lynch of Lexington and Anna Frances Weiss of Dover; sons, Randall and James M. Fields of Brooksville; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Moore & Parker Funeral Home in Brooksville. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Neave Cemetery in Falmouth.

Memorials are suggested to the charity of donor's choice.
