BURLINGTON, Ky. – Be afraid, be very afraid . . . but come anyway.
Bring the whole family and get into the Halloween mood with award-winning actor and storyteller Bob Elkins.
Elkins will share scary stories at Boone County Public Library, Walton Branch, 21 S. Main St., in Walton, on Monday, Oct. 26, at 7 p.m.
Elkins won the Best Actor award in the Dublin, Ireland 2003 Music and Film Festival for his role in the film "Home Free" and the Spirit of Cincinnati Film Actor award at the 2004 Cincinnati International Film Festival.
His creepy film credits include his role as a cult leader in "Zombie Cult Massacre" and "Uncle Vic," the only person alive who knows about a cursed Indian artifact, in the film "Within." You may also have seen him as a DJ in "Coal Miner’s Daughter."
