INDEPENDENCE, Ky. – If you like the carnival, candy and hayrides and you’re in the Halloween spirit, then bring the family to the Harvest Festival this weekend.
Just in time for Halloween, the Community Family Church in Independence, Ky., will hold their Family Harvest Festival on Saturday from 5-8 p.m. The whole family is invited.
The evening will be complete with a candy trail for all children, carnival games, blow-up bouncers, hayrides, face painting and other spooky fun.
Drawings for several giveaways will be held as well as a silent auction hosted by Community Christian Academy.
Sit back and enjoy the live entertainment and fireworks and take a stroll through the Motorcycle & Car Show.
Chow down at the Chili Cookoff. There will also be food and drinks available for purchase. Admission to the festival is one canned food item for donation.
