Throughout our years at Villa, we have been shaped by a Catholic identity. Although not everyone in our school is Catholic, it seems everyone has been touched by the Catholic spirit of faith, support, knowledge, and love.
But as deep as this Catholic identity is, the Villa identity has also shaped each person.
The Villa identity is comprised first of the Villa way. A unique and personal teaching style, the Villa way, is based on the Benedictine values, instilled in us every morning by Mrs. McQueen, our principal, every class period by our teachers and every day by our friends and fellow students.
The Villa way has taught us hospitality - welcoming new students and guests with kindness and respect. It has taught us scholarship - always trying our hardest and extending knowledge beyond the classroom. It has taught us service - giving of ourselves so that others can be better. We have been nurtured to “walk the talk,” to live by our Catholic, Benedictine values.
