Franklin County health department is offering H1N1 vaccines to the general public beginning Wednesday.
The first one will be at Oldenburg fire house on Pearl Street in Oldenburg, Indiana near Batesville on Wednesday December 2.
All the clinics will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
You do not have to be a resident of Franklin County to receive a vaccination. Other H1N1 public clinics in the 13 townships will be offered sometime during the month of December.
Friday - December 4, the vaccines will be offered at Cedar Grove Fire House;
Monday - December 7, Metamora fire house at 10083 Basin Street in Metamora;
Wednesday - December 9, Drewersburg Firehouse in West Harrison;
Thursday - December 10, Franklin County health department;
Friday - December 11, at the Drewersburg Fire house No. 2 in Mt. Carmel.

This is for the general public; you don’t have to be in a special target group for this round of vaccines. The vaccines are free.
The Dearborn County Health Department has also set up several H1N1 clinics for school aged children at the Aurora Elementary School at 6098 Squire Place, in Aurora, Indiana for St. Mary's and St. John's students and any home school children in the South Dearborn Community School Corporation District within Dearborn County.
Wednesday - December 2, 3:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. grades K-6
Thursday - December 3, 8:15 a.m. until 2:15 p.m. grades 7-12
3:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. grades K-6
Both the injection and nasal mist will be available at these Dearborn County clinics.
