LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville baseball team’s 2010 radio, Web cast and television schedule has been released and includes more options than ever before to follow the nationally ranked Cardinals.
For the second straight season, KOOL 1570 AM will be the radio home for Louisville baseball with 34 regular-season games and all post-season games scheduled for broadcast by the Clarksville, Ind., station.
All radio broadcasts will also be simulcast on WTSZ 1600 AM in Eminence, Ky. The radio schedule includes 30 of 31 home games, the three-game series at Ole Miss on March 12-14, the annual showdown at rival Kentucky in Lexington on April 6 and all of the Cards’ BIG EAST Championship and NCAA Championship games.
The Cardinals will also have a strong presence on the internet as fans can follow every game of the 2010 season through CardsTV at UofLSports.com. Live streaming video will be available for 26 of the Cards’ home games at Jim Patterson Stadium, while live streaming audio will be available for all other regular-season and post-season games. CardsTV memberships are available for just $9.95 per month.
The Cardinals will also have one regular-season game televised nationally as ESPNU will air the Louisville-Notre Dame series opener on Thursday, May 20 at 6:05 p.m. ET in South Bend, Ind.
Louisville will open the 2010 season against Bowling Green on Feb. 19, at 2 p.m. ET at Jim Patterson Stadium. The Cardinals and Falcons will meet in a three-game series with game two set for Feb. 20, at 1 p.m., and game three scheduled for Feb. 21, at 1 p.m.
