Junior guard Kim Schroer scored eight of her game-high 14 points in the first half as Villa Madonna remained unbeaten by knocking off Silver Grove, 49-23 on Thursday.
Schroer also dished for six assists as Villa Madonna held the Big Trains to six first-half points.
Blue Lightning junior forward Chelsea Case added 12 points, four assists and three blocks.
