In a special report last month, WCPO and seven other Scripps television stations tested items from the low-calorie menus at Macaroni Grill, Chili's, Applebee's, Cheesecake Factory, Taco Bell and On The Border.
The results from our testings showed some of the food items had more calories and fat than was printed on the restaurant menus.
Washington state resident Anne Paskett is suing Brinker International, which owns Chili's, Macaroni Grill and On The Border.
Among other things, she's looking for full refunds plus interest for herself and all others who ordered from the low-calorie menus.
Brinker International, which owns the restaurants, has not responded to the lawsuit. Another woman in California has filed a similar class-action lawsuit against Applebees.
