This stately 1890 Victorian home is a prominent feature along “The Avenue”. The current owners have renovated most of the home in the fifteen years they have resided here, taking care to preserve some of the original treasures from the past: the original ice room, slate roof, doorbell box, and four working fireplaces. Notice the Craftman’s wall signature from 1922, as well as the framed copy of the home’s original blueprints located in the front foyer.
