BLUE ASH, Ohio -- A Blue Ash man is once again free following his arrest on child prostitution charges.
Hamilton County sheriff's deputies arrested 74-year-old James Bowling on Thursday morning. A warrant was issued for his arrest last month when he was indicted on two counts of compelling prostitution and one count of disseminating harmful material.
Both prostitution charges deal with the same minor, although further details are not yet known.
Bowling appeared in Hamilton County court on Thursday following his arrest, where the judge released him on his own recognizance. He is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing next month.
