Actress and author Victoria Rowell is helping kick off the 2009 season of the Cincinnati Ballet.
The opening bash, which includes live music and dinner, begins at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Cincinnati Ballet Center on Central Parkway.
Prior to the event, Rowell will be available to sign her book
The Women Who Raised Me at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets for the opening night show and party cost $150 for non-subscribers, $80 for subscribers. The first series,
New Works, runs September 10 through 20.
