Ben Roethlisberger's Helmet Doesn't Fit After Concussion

PITTSBURGH (AP) -- Ben Roethlisberger's head is swollen. But it's not his ego. Sure, the Pittsburgh Steeler's quarterback has a big contract, commercial endorsements and the praise of fans.
But when Roethlisberger returned to practice this week, he realized his helmet didn't fit right. He says it's too tight. He suffered a concussion in the Dec. 28 game against Cleveland. It was his third in three years.
But Big Ben expects to be on the field this coming Sunday, in the AFC divisional game against San Diego.
