A judge has recommended treatment for a Springfield Township man after he apparently got a little rowdy during Sunday’s Bengals game.
Michale Hacker, 25, is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Police say he caused a disturbance in the third quarter and when they tried to cuff him, he allegedly pulled away and officers tased him.
Hacker is due back in court again on November 17.
