CINCINNATI -- A woman has now been charged Wednesday for a fatal wreck on Kellogg Avenue that dates back to July of 2009.
Katrina Kimberly of Bethel was cited by Cincinnati police with one count of vehicular homicide.
On July 3, Kimberly allegedly crossed the center line and struck a vehicle driven by Arhtur Stines of Walnut Hills.
Stines died in the crash.
Kimberly is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
