Connecticut Company Makes Inaugural Drink

Last Update: 1/21/2009 8:33 am

A soda company in New Britain, Connecticut has designed a special political pop in honor of President Barack Obama.

They have produced an inaugural edition of their "Barack O'Berry" pop.  It's a blue raspberry pop with a twist of pineapple in honor of Obama's roots to Hawaii.

Avery soda owner Rob Metz says it symbolizes change saying, "It's a different taste, a different flavor, and a different time."
