TAYLOR MILL, Ky. -- Two eastbound lanes were shut down after an accident on I-275 in Taylor Mill this afternoon.
All eastbound lanes are now open.
At least two vehicles were involved in the crash. Both right lanes had remained open to traffic while crews attended to the accident scene.
One person was taken to the hospital.
