SYMMES TWP., Ohio -- A woman and her daughter are facing charges for allegedly working together to steal from a JCPenney store.

Debra Pez, 52 was arrested Monday afternoon by Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputies.  Pez, of Reading, was charged with one count of felony theft.

It's alleged that Pez earlier this month purchased merchandise at discount sold to her by her daughter.  In addition, her daughter allegedly cut off tags allowing Pez to leave the store with items that were not paid for.
