Dodgers Smash the Reds

Last Update: 8/29/2009 11:45 pm
The Los Angeles Dodgers hit four home runs and powered their way to an 11-4 victory over the Cincinnati Reds on Saturday.  That ended the Reds longest winning streak of the season at five games.

Manny Ramirez hit a two-run home run against Reds starter Matt Maloney in the first inning.  Matt Kemp added a three run homer in the seventh.

The Dodgers improved to 21-4 against Cincinnati since 2006, their best record against any National League team.
