The one-two punch from Hurricanes Ike and Gustav are drying up gasoline supplies in the Southeast.

The slowed oil production is affecting drivers in Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina.

Some drivers say they have to go to six stations to fill up because there's a limit on how much they can buy.

Also slowing the process is a federal law requiring that many service stations sell cleaner-burning fuel that takes longer to refine.
