A Deer Park man is facing charges after creating quite a commotion in a courtroom after saying he had a gun in his coat.
Glen Willis, 47, is facing counts of disorderly conduct and inducing panic. He was arrested at Deer Park Mayor's Court on Monday night.
Police say the courtroom quickly cleared out, and after order was regained, he was arrested. It is not thought that Willis talked about the gun in a threatening manner.
Willis was arraigned on Tuesday. He will return to court later this month.
