Duke, like all utilities are no longer "public service" companies!! Our regulators MUST begin looking out for the consumer rather that just going along with these companies. These people are usually "bought & paid for" by the companies we put them there to protect us from!!.....People..Quit turning the other cheek and RAISE HELL on this one!!

Looks like we will freeze next winter. Doesn't do any good to have a gas furnace. The blower won't work anyway when the electric goes out. We have had too many outages recently. I liked it better under the control of Cinergy.
