BURLINGTON, Ky. -- An Erlanger man is facing charges after authorities say he was caught committing a lewd act at the Main Branch of the Boone County Library on Tuesday.
A Boone County Sheriff Deputy witnessed Lester Henry, 58, masturbating in the computer lab while watching a wrestling video around 7 p.m.
The deputy was there for unrelated activity when someone approached him and told what was happening.
Henry was charged with second degree indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. He is currently behind bars at the Boone County Detention Center. No bond has been set.
