Xavier University played host t o a very special graduation Thursday night.
More than 40 local students graduated from the Life Skills Center of Cincinnati and Hamilton County.
The center provides alternative education for young people who have dropped out or are at risk of dropping out of traditional school.
Since 1999 the program has helped more than 10,000 students from around the country earn a high school diploma.
