LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - Officials say a Lexington man will forfeit his house in an upscale neighborhood after pleading guilty to possessing more than 30,000 images of child pornography.

The United States Attorney's office for the Eastern District of Kentucky says 62-year-old Joseph Robert Leitner pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of receiving child pornography and one forfeiture count that will force him to surrender his home in Lexington's Chevy Chase neighborhood.

The U.S. attorney's office says it is seizing the house because that is where Leitner downloaded the high volume of images and viewed the pornography.

Leitner is scheduled for sentencing Oct. 23 and faces a maximum of 20 years in prison.
