CRESCENT SPRINGS, Ky. -- Police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a submerged SUV in Crescent Springs Monday morning.
Police say the SUV overturned on Amsterdam Road and landed in a creek. Around 8 a.m. a passerby noticed the vehicle and called authorities. It's not known yet how long the vehicle was in the water.
Crews discovered the body of Joshua Smith, 28, of Ludlow, after a tow truck pulled the SUV from out of the creek.
Police have not released any other information.
