A man accused of killing another man in Roselawn nearly 10 years ago has been acquitted.
Police charged Cyril Byrd with murder in the shooting death of Jerry Gilbert.
Prosecutors say Byrd was the one who started shooting inside a nightclub in 1999, killing Gilbert.
Arizona authorities arrested Byrd last year after America's Most Wanted profiled him.
But on Tuesday Byrd was acquitted and he is now a free man.
