Man Steals $3,000 In Narcotics From Downtown Pharmacy

Cincinnati police want to find a man they say is writing prescriptions for himself on a stolen prescription pad.

Police say on December 31, 2008 a pharmacist at the CVS Pharmacy located at 604 Race Street in downtown Cincinnati told police a man presented a fraudulent prescription and received a narcotic pain medication. 

Police say that medication has an approximate street value of $3,000. 

The doctor's office verified a prescription pad had been stolen.
