OXFORD, Ohio -- A Delhi Township man who wore a breathalyzer costume for Halloween is facing an OVI charge after his arrest in Oxford over the weekend.
Oxford police say James Miller, 18, was driving the wrong way on a one-way street early Sunday morning. Police also say the car did not have its head lights on.
According to police, officers found an open container of Bud Light in the center console of the car Miller was driving. They also found what was left of a case of Bud Light in the passenger side front seat and the trunk.
After checking his wallet, officers also found multiple Ohio i.d.'s on him.
Miller was arrested and taken to the police station where he was given a breathalyzer test. The test revealed his blood alcohol level to be .158 percent.
Police say Miller was visiting his girlfriend who attends Miami University.
Miller was also charged with having an open container and a one-way street violation.
