Police are investigating an early morning crash in Verona, Kentucky that sent one person to the hospital in a medical helicopter.
According to police, the person was injured in a crash along Verona Mudlick Road near Poole Road in Boone County around 3 a.m. Friday.
Rescue crews flew the victim to the hospital for treatment.
No names or conditions have been released.
Police are still working to determine what caused the accident.
