UNION, Ky. -- A Boone County couple is holding a fundraiser to benefit parents struggling with the loss of a baby through stillbirth or miscarriage.

Glenn and Lisa Louden of Walton lost their baby daughter Alexis in 2004.

As a way of healing they set up a foundation in their daughter's name so that her legacy lives on.

The goal of the "Missing Alexis" foundation is to raise more money for research as well as help other parents with the grief.

The walk is at the Boone County Arboretum, Central Park located at 9190 Camp Ernst Road in Union, Ky., on Saturday.

Registration is at 11:30 a.m. and the walk begins at 1:15 p.m.
