Missing Boy From Ludlow, Ky. Found Safe

Police say the boy missing from Ludlow, Kentucky, has been found by his mom.

The parents called dispatch around 6 p.m. and said their 5-year-old son has been missing for approximately two hours from their home in the 300 block of Oak Street.
